Hello, I'm Nicola, a full-time professional wedding singer based in Motherwell, near Glasgow, singing at weddings right across Scotland. I trained at Edinburgh Napier University and Berklee College of Music, and I've been doing this a long time. So whether it's your ceremony, your drinks reception, your wedding meal or your first dance, you're in safe hands.
Off the stage, life is a lot less glamorous – my daughter is my toughest critic, and my cat sleeps through every rehearsal, which I try not to take personally. But it's family that makes me love weddings: I know what these days mean, so I put real care into learning your songs properly, turning up early, and reading the room. There's no agency and no middleman – you deal with me from your first email to your last song of the night.

What Couples Usually Ask Me
Where are you based and where can you perform?
I am based in Scotland and regularly perform across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Stirling, and Ayrshire. I am always happy to travel further afield. Just let me know your venue when you enquire.
Can we choose our own songs for our wedding ceremony?
Absolutely. You can choose from my extensive repertoire of acoustic classics and modern hits. I may also be able to learn a special song (subject to availability) to make your walk down the aisle or first dance truly personal.
Do you provide your own equipment and insurance?
Yes. I bring a full professional PA system suitable for both indoor and outdoor venues. For your venue's peace of mind, all my equipment is PAT-tested, and I hold full Public Liability Insurance (PLI). I am also a full member of the Musicians' Union (MU).
What happens when you aren't singing?
I curate a background playlist that matches the mood I've set live, so the atmosphere stays consistent during my short breaks. You can shape the playlist with me in advance – I'll take care of the rest.
